No. Eastern Type is a birth-based self-discovery language translated from traditional Chinese BaZi. It is not a scientific personality test, medical diagnosis, or fixed prediction. It is designed for cultural exploration and self-reflection.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
You can still get a partial profile without your birth time. Some insights will be limited, but your Core Type and many patterns will still be available.
Can I get a refund?
If your report generation fails and cannot be completed, you are entitled to a refund. For successfully generated reports, please contact support for assistance.
How long do I have access to my report?
